Don't work half the time
Won't even allow me to sign in. Keeps saying "error occured, were experiencing technical difficulties" and when I close the app and open it again, it kicks me out of the app cometely. I uninstalled it and tried again, still not working.

You can't login to play second chance. Could you fix it please!
Nothing but problems. I keep trying to reset my password and I never received the 6 digit code in order to reset my password. I tired for days to get it both email and by text and didn't get either. I tried chatting since it say that their is someone Available for chatting 24/7. Well I waited and waited and got no response. So I emailed them 3 days ago and it says to wait 72 hours to hear a response back and well as you guess I got no email back. So disappointed for Michigan lottery app
I have been unable to login for a long while. The app won't even open now. I've tried deleting and redownloading several times! Please and fix these issues. I see I'm not the only person having these problems. SMH!!
Please fix it. It keeps closing on me I have experienced other issues with the app that I've noticed others have to but I never complain because I enjoy playing the second chances but I haven't been able to use the app for a couple weeks now it's frustrating and I'd like to be able to use my second chance codes please.
